Headsets are a big part of our workday here at TTEC so we want to make sure that you’re using a headset that is compatible with our systems.

So many headsets, so little time! To help you narrow down the selection, here are some recommended headsets for your consideration below.

We recommend USB wired headsets as they are the most compatible with our systems. If you already have a headset, you can likely use it. Keep in mind there are wide variations in system hardware and configurations so we can’t guarantee that a headset model will work with every system; however, these models have been tested as working with most PC systems. Availability of models and pricing may vary based on the retailer.

Heads up! The headset that you select will be tested later in the hiring process to ensure that it works with our systems.
